To connect your HP DeskJet 3720 printer to the internet, you can set it up on a wireless network using the Wireless Setup Wizard or WiFi Protected Setup (WPS). Here's how you can do it:

Wireless Setup Wizard

Gather Network Information:

  • Ensure you have your Network Name (SSID) and WEP key or WPA Passphrase ready.

Start Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • From the Home screen, touch the Wireless icon, then touch Settings.
  • Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

Connect to Wireless Network:

  • Select your network from the list of detected networks.

Install Software:

  • Follow the prompts to install necessary software on your computer.

WiFi Protected Setup (WPS)

You can connect using the Push Button method or the PIN method.

Push Button Method:

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Wireless icon, and then touch Settings.
  2. Touch WiFi Protected Setup, then Push Button Setup.
  3. Press and hold the WPS button on your router or wireless access point for three seconds.
  4. Follow prompts to finish setting up the wireless connection.

PIN Method:

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Wireless icon, and then touch Settings.
  2. Touch WiFi Protected Setup, then PIN Setup.
  3. Enter the PIN on your router or wireless access point.
  4. Follow prompts to finish setting up the wireless connection.

Note: This printer supports connecting only at the 2.4 GHz frequency range.
