Hi Karen,
First, make sure the output bin is empty, would assume it is but verifying to ensure.
Next, swipe down the top black bar of the printer screen and press the Setup (Gear icon).
Select Preferences and there disable the Output Bin Sensor toggle to Off or 0.
Now try printing and check for any difference.
