Laser Jet Pro M15w was inadvertently removed (forget this network) from Network (wireless printing using HP Smart). When trying to logon again, will not accept previously established password.
Any suggestions to getting back up?

Refer to the steps in the document to connect to wifi direct -HP printer setup (Wi-Fi Direct)

I'd like to help!
I understand the printer will not accept the old password.
To assist better -
- Are you trying to log in to HP Smart ?
- What is the error message you receive?
- What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
- Were you able to connect the printer to the network?

From my iPad, I select Direct-55-HP M15 Laser jet from my network selections.
I inadvertently clicked on forget this network to disconnect.
Next time I wanted to print, it asked for a password.
As my iPad remembers passwords, I simply asked it to fill it, but it came back saying it was an incorrect password.
I tried to change it in my HP account, but wanted the old password, which was the one saved on my iPad. Again it indicated it was an incorrect password.
There doesn’t seem to be an option of “I forgot my password, allowing me to reset it.
Needless to say, I can’t print anything until I resolve this password issue.

For some reason I didn’t previously see the password listed on the Configuration Report.
There it was. I entered it in to the Direct-55 network - and it worked.
so I’m back in business. Thank you.
