I am trying to connect my printer to internet and i usually go to the advanced settings for my HP deskjet 3760, however I've got "the feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer" message. I was the person who initially set the printer up. It is locked by a password which i don't know but i am the only person who uses this printer. Please help!
