Uninstall current printer, downloaded current driver from HP site. Installed wireless printer. Completed all steps leading up to favorable install of printer. Solid blue light comes on and stays on. Wireless network test results focus on the error that is summarized above. Question remains how to fix this step by step?

Hi,
Such an error means that you have multiple access points or wireless bands with the same SSID, therefore the computer and the printer are not communicating as expected as both are actually connected to different SSIDs or Access points.
You should contact your internet service provider and make sure that your router is configured with a unique SSID for each band (if you have a dual-band router) such as Home2.4 and Home5 as an example.
Also, if there are any additional access points / repeaters / range extenders, each SSID should be unique.
Then connect both the printer and the computer to the same SSID and check for any difference.
