my hp smart tank 7200 series printer will not connect to wireless network

I cannot connect my printer to my network.  First it showed connected on printer display but when I tried to print from my iPhone it showed no airless printers. When i tried to reset it according to online instructions it would not connect   Help.  The printer does not show a help menu

I understand your trouble. I'm here to help you get your HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One printer successfully connected to your network and printing from both Windows 11 and iOS devices.

Please follow these steps to reset the wireless settings and reconnect to Wi-Fi:
 

1. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode (Wireless Reset):

To enable Wi-Fi Setup Mode:

1. On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button (📶) and the Cancel button (❌) at the same time for 5 seconds.
2. The Wireless light will start blinking – indicating the printer is now in setup mode.

2. Use HP Smart App to Reconnect

On a Windows 11 PC or your iPhone, download and install the HP Smart app if you haven’t already:

Then follow these steps:

1. Open HP Smart.
2. Click + Add Printer.
3. Your printer should appear as “HP Smart Tank 7301 (Setup)” if it’s in setup mode.
4. Select it and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.

To Use AirPrint on iPhone:

Once your printer is connected to Wi-Fi:

• Ensure your iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• Open the document or photo you want to print.
• Tap the Share icon > Scroll down and tap Print.
• Select your printer (should appear automatically).
• Tap Print.
