@susieh3, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP ENVY 6030e All-in-One Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP ENVY 6030e All-in-One Printer keeps going offline, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check for Error Messages:

  • Look for any error messages on the printer display and resolve them.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Turn the printer off and then back on.
  • Restart your computer to refresh the connections.

Verify Wireless Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the same wireless network as your computer.
  • To verify the wireless connection, check the wireless icon on the printer display. If the icon is colored, the wireless connection is active.

Set Printer as Default:

  • Go to Devices and Printers in Windows settings.
  • Right-click your printer and select Set as Default Printer.

Restart Print Spooler:

  • Open the Control Panel.
  • Navigate to System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services.
  • Find Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Restart.

Clear Print Queue:

  • Open Devices and Printers.
  • Double-click your printer icon to open the print queue.
  • Click Cancel all documents.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
