my printer doesn't print, it is connected to wi-fi. status is installed. but stiil doesn't print

hp laserjet MFP m28

does not print

connected to wi-fi

status installed

still doesn't print from laptop

I can send print from the phone.

i have lots to print from uni work and struggle

To assist better -

 

Are you able to make copies using the printer?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?

Is the printer connected to home or public netowrk ?
