I'd be happy to assist you with the printer offline issue.

 

Do you get any error message? Is the Wi-Fi light blinking or stable on the Printer?

 

To which device is the Printer connected to?

 

Are you using the HP Smart App? If yes, let's uninstall and reinstall it.
