The printer is not printing; however, the reported issue appears to be related to an unspecified error message displayed on the laptop rather than a confirmed printer hardware failure. Since the exact error message has not been identified or provided, the root cause cannot be determined at this stage. To Further diagnosis the issue I would request you to capture the complete error message and share, verifying printer status, connection method, and print queue behavior before concluding that the printer itself is malfunctioning. The issue may be associated with the computer, print driver, connectivity, or operating system rather than the printer hardware.
