Hi @78912,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP printer Wireless Setup Wizard is locked by admin. Let’s go through a few checks.

Restart the Printer and Router

Turn the printer off.

Restart the Wi-Fi router.

Turn the printer back on after the network is stable.

Check if the Wireless Setup Wizard becomes available.

Restore Network Settings to Default

On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and Cancel button together for about 5 seconds.

Wait until the blue wireless light begins blinking.

Open HP Smart and add the printer again to the new network.

Note: The button combination may vary slightly by model.

Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS)

Print a network configuration or information page from the printer.

Enter the printer IP address into a web browser.

When prompted, enter the administrator password.

Open Network settings and update the wireless connection.

Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults

Turn the printer on.

Press and hold the Cancel button for 10 seconds until the control panel lights change.

Wait for the printer to restart.

Reconnect the printer using HP Smart.

I hope this helps.
