Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Stated error message "Cannot print. Connect printer to update HP Instant Ink status.  Options to push are: Connect and OK.  I have pushed both and the result is the printer goes back to its "wait" position.  Nothing otherwise happens.  I would sure like to talk to a real person to get input on what I should do.  I have a feeling the answer is simple, but having to go through all this typing communication is just wasting time.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Let s try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

 

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
