Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Your HP DeskJet 2700 Printer to a New WiFi Network!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To connect your HP DeskJet 2700 printer to a new WiFi network, you can use either the HP app or the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) method. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Using the HP App

Prepare for Installation:

  • Ensure your computer or mobile device is connected to the new WiFi network and is powered on.
  • Make sure your printer is turned on and is near your computer or mobile device.

Connect with the HP App:

Android Device:

  • Enable Bluetooth on your device.
  • Download the HP app from 123.hp.com.
  • Press the Cancel and Wireless buttons on the printer for 3 seconds, then release. The printer enters setup mode.
  • Open the HP app, click "Add Printer," and select your printer. Follow the prompts to enter your WiFi password.
  • The wireless light on the printer will turn solid blue once connected.

iOS Device:

  • Enable Bluetooth on your device.
  • Download the HP app from 123.hp.com.
  • Press the Cancel and Wireless buttons on the printer for 3 seconds, then release. The printer enters setup mode.
  • Open the HP app and tap "Add Printer." Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to connect.
  • The wireless light on the printer will turn solid blue once connected.

Windows:

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Download and install HP Smart from the Microsoft store.
  • Press the Cancel and Wireless buttons on the printer for 3 seconds, then release. The printer enters setup mode.
  • Open HP Smart, click the Plus sign, select your printer, and follow the prompts to enter your WiFi password.
  • The wireless light on the printer will turn solid blue once connected.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
