Hello there! I have several questions and issues with my hp tango printer in which i hope someone knows the answers to!

1. My printer has a white light which means it is not connected to the internet however when i press the information button and check on the hp printer app it says that it  is very much connected to the internet. 

2. Following on from this, every time i print, it takes a very long time to process and i have to press the green arrow button for anything to actually come out of the printer which i never used to have to do and its extremely frustrating 

3. Lastly, when i log onto my instant ink, it will not connect with the printer. It says it is online but every time i try to sync it, it says error, please try again. 

I hope someone knows some of the solutions to my problems as this printer has cost me a lot of money but a bloody lot of time trying to constantly sort it out!! Just want it to work honestly but it has never been perfect since i got it! Very frustrated.
