@Trackertarga, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding SSID Connectivity Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

That “SSID fail” message usually means your printer and laptop aren’t quite talking to each other over Wi-Fi—almost like they’re tuned to different radio stations. Let’s bring them back in sync:

Check Wi-Fi on both ends – Make sure your laptop and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network (SSID). Sometimes laptops hop onto a guest network or mobile hotspot by mistake.

Restart the connection – Power off your router, printer, and laptop. Wait a minute, then turn them back on in this order: router → printer → laptop.

Re-run Wireless Setup Wizard – On your printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Network > Wireless Setup Wizard and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. Enter the Wi-Fi password carefully.

Update HP App/ drivers – If you’re printing via email or HP Smart, make sure the software is up to date.

Once reconnected, try sending the email print job again—it should flow smoothly.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
