HP 9010 I am trying to set up a new wireless connection. I keep getting the message "this feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer". Is there a way to go in and unlock this feature? I input the printer IP address into my chrome browser, but the printer does not come up.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I need help unlocking my HP OFFICEJRT PRO 8600 Premium. I am the administrator and the one who hooked it up. I am not sure how it became locked, but AT&T was working on my network and a few things are out of sorts now.
Thank you for any assistance you might give.
