Please help! I've tried everything suggested on the website. I got a new mesh router for my wifi, which changed the name of the wifi, and now my printer cannot connect to my computer. I've tried resetting via wps method - nothing. I've tried using the HP Smart app - nothing, it won't even recognize my printer because it's not on the same wifi (since the wifi name changed). Please help!

Hi @snmay,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a connectivity issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Follow the steps to isolate and resolve the issue-
Change Encryption on the router to WPA2. The printer can be connected only to the 2.4GHz network, check before you connect. Please make sure you assign different names to both networks, so the printer can Identify the 2.4Ghz network.
If the issue persists, restore the network defaults on the printer and try configuring the printer on the network.
Restore the Wi-Fi setup mode on the printer
Use the Cancel and Wireless buttons to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.
Press the Cancel button to ready the printer.
Press and hold the Wireless button until the Attention light blinks.
NOTE:
Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.
Wait 60 seconds until the Wireless light blinks blue.
Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.
- Once you restore the network to defaults, then please follow the instructions on this link to connect the printer back to your PC.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
