I got a new router and new network and I am unable to connect my printer to the new network.  I have tried ALL of the instructions at least 10 times as well as resetting the printer to factor settings.

I have connected my computer to my printer using a usb cable and got as far as it being connected, but once I try to print, I get a pop up that says ready to print, but nothing happens.

I've tried the hp Smart App and can see the printer, but it says that it is offline. When I look at the printer information, beside status it says: offline.  Beside installation status it says not installed.  Beside connection type it says: network, and beside connection status it says inactive.

This is most frustrating.  I know the internet is working fine because I have MULTIPLE devices connected to it and running just fine.

Please help

@joonbuggy33, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
