new wifi connection

I have an officejet 4620. hp start find the printer but don't connect it to the wifi network

hello, when I use 123.hp.com to install my officejet 4620 and connect it to wifi network the process below ends with this error:

but I'm sure that the wifi password is ok. what can I do? I use sky wifi.

please help me, thank you.

I understand that you are getting connectivity issues.

Reset the printer's network settings
1. Press the (Wireless) button, and then, using the buttons on the right, scroll to and select Wireless Settings, select Restore Defaults, and then select. Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.

2. Press the (Setup) button, and then, using the buttons on the right, scroll to and select Reports, and then select Network Configuration Page to print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Set up the printer using the embedded web server (EWS)

If the printer is connected to a network, you can use the printer’s embedded web server (EWS) to set up wireless communication.

1. Open the EWS. For more information, see To open the embedded web server.

2. On the Home tab, click Wireless Setup Wizard in the Setup box.

3. Follow the onscreen instructions.

la mia stampante non è connessa in rete, quindi non posso utilizzare EWS. quando provo a connetterla col wi-fi protected setup WPS Pulsante della stampante premendo il tasto wps sul router nei 2 minuti di time out la stampante non trova alcuna rete. allego risultati test rete wireless
