Product: HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

Suddenly can't use air-print on laptop or apple products. Can print if printing by hp smart but not air-print. Can't find the advanced settings or and air-print setting to check / adjust. Any help would be great please. Getting ready to ditch this printer, I've never had one so problematic.

Might be due to an iOS update. People are reporting following an update to iOS 17, they can no longer use Airprint from their mobile device. I've got a Samsung Xpress M2825 and can no longer print reliably. With a fiddle, reboot or something, I can get it to print once, but next time it won't print.

 

People are also reporting that a firmware update on the printer fixes the problem, so check whether your printer has any firmware available to apply. There isn't for my Samsung - last updated in 2017. It is listed as an Airprint supported device, so we'll see who offers up the fix first: Apple or HP (in place of Samsung). Only alternatives are to get a new printer, or give up on Airprint from Apple devices.
