I found nothing on my page. I scrolled down till the end and there were no ePrint Access and no ePrint Preferences.

Which page are you referring to?

Are you trying to configure ePrint options for your printer?

I also have the same question and for some reason I can't figure get my printer to support "print anywhere". The link you shared is not very helpful either.
