Hi there,

Since a couple of weeks my printer stopped to connect to my Wifi, I could only use wireless printing by connecting directly to the printer's wifi. Which for a while was ok but now its just annoying to change wifi every time I want to print.

I already tried everything that google recommended, unplugged and restarted the printer, my mac and the wifi. Tried to reset the network settings on the printer. Tried to connect via wps. Tried to reset the printer completely. But if I am trying to connect the printer to my Wifi it seems to find every Wifi around, mine is the only one not showing up. And if I put the wifi name + password in manually its also not able to connect.

Any other solution I could try? Thanks!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd love to help.

Please check the encryption type of your network and whether it's 2.4 or 5 GHz.

Let us know 🙂

Thanks!
