officejet 9020 - I get cannot connect to internet to tell HP my ink supply at EVERY SINGLE print job

AT EVERY SINGLE TIME I TELL IT T PRINT I have to wait about a full minute before getting this message (see photo. Once I hit "OK" it prints properly. Every other function works perfectly. It's hard-wired into the router, and computers wifi into router. How do I fix  this?
