@CarolM50, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

I understand your OfficeJet Pro 9015 is not printing and you're seeing the message:

"Print Apps has been turned off. To turn it on again, use the printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS).”

This message typically appears when Web Services (which power Print Apps and cloud features like ePrint) are disabled. Here's how to resolve it:

Find the Printer's IP Address:

  • On the printer's touchscreen, tap Wi-Fi or Network icon.
  • Note the IP Address (e.g., 192.168.1.100).

Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS):

  • On your computer or mobile device, open a web browser.
  • Type the printer’s IP address into the address bar and press Enter.
  • This opens the printer’s Embedded Web Server.

Enable Web Services:

  • In the EWS, go to the Web Services tab.
  • Click Enable Web Services or Turn On.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.

Restart the Printer:

  • After enabling Web Services, restart your printer.
  • Try printing again.

Thanks so much for your help. I did try all those things. In the end , it just needed new ink cartridges – they were empty!
