Product: HP LaserJet MFP M140w Printer

My printer is offline no matter what I do. I've already followed the steps indicated by a virtual assistant and nothing works.
Now I get this message: a problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is solved. Check your HP account. My HP account doesn't help me.
