Hey ! 

Since this morning my printer is shown offline on Hp Smart, but it's powered, and connected to a wireless network... I tried to restart my PC, reinstall hp smart, but my printer is still shown as offline... Do someone have the solution pls ?

Try to restart print spooler, google it on how to restart.

Thanks for the message, but i did restart print spooler and it did nothing :'(

I also can't reconfigure a printer, when i Try, hp smart asks if i want to configure a printer wireless, with a cable or via USB, i click wireless, it asks me if the printer has a tactile screen, i click no, and it says "go connect the cable", but i clicked before "connect WIRELESS"..
