my hp laserjet m110we printer has an orange light blinking all the time and notes coming out of the printer say I am unable to print except for error reports until the issue is resolved. I have been on my dashboard and account but nothing showsup. It says download/run some diagnostics but the are for pc not Mac. I tried the virtual help and can't find how to contact HP. I've watched all the online videos but none help.
Ideas?

Check Printer Connections and Status:
- Ensure the printer is properly connected to the power source and your Mac.
- Check for any physical obstructions or issues with the paper tray or cartridges.
Restart the Printer and Mac:
- Power off the printer, unplug it, wait for a minute, then plug it back in and power it on.
- Restart your Mac.
Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Sometimes, updating the printer’s firmware can resolve issues. Visit the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads website, search for your printer model, and download the latest firmware. Follow the instructions provided.
Reset the Printing System:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Right-click (or Control-click) in the printer list and choose Reset printing system.
- This will remove all printers, scanners, and faxes. Re-add your HP LaserJet M110we by clicking the + button.
Install the Latest Printer Driver: Software and Drivers for HP LaserJet M110we Printer
- Download and install the latest drivers for your printer from the HP website. Ensure you select MacOS 10.13 High Sierra as your operating system.
HP Smart App for Mac:
