Hello, I tried to pair my printer, but unfortunately it doesn't work. On the display it always showing trying to pair with the account, but it doesn't move foreward. I tried to stop the process (soft and hard reset, switching off device, etc.), but as soon as I restart the printer it shows the same message again (it's endless....)!

i don t know the IP address, neither the PIN WPS( because the panel is blocked)
