Hi @fmb172 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to print without internet on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 printer, you can follow these steps:
- Connect via USB: If your printer supports USB connectivity, you can connect it directly to your computer using a USB cable. This will allow you to print without needing an internet connection. Make sure to install the necessary drivers for your printer on your computer before connecting it via USB.
- Wi-Fi Direct Printing: Some printers, including the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025, support Wi-Fi Direct printing. This feature allows you to print directly to your printer without needing an internet connection. You can typically enable Wi-Fi Direct printing through your printer's settings menu. Once enabled, you should be able to connect your computer or mobile device directly to the printer's Wi-Fi network and print.
- Ethernet Connection: If your printer and computer both support Ethernet connectivity, you can connect them directly using an Ethernet cable. This will allow you to print without needing an internet connection. Simply connect one end of the Ethernet cable to your printer and the other end to your computer's Ethernet port.
- Use Mobile Printing: If you have a smartphone or tablet, you may be able to use the HP Smart app or similar mobile printing apps to print without an internet connection. These apps often support direct printing to compatible printers via Wi-Fi Direct or Bluetooth.
- Offline Printing: Many applications, including Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, allow you to print documents while offline. Simply open the document you want to print, select the print option, and choose your printer from the list of available devices.

I hope this helps.
