HP Recommended

HAVE TWO HP2800E PRINTERS, ONE NEW YESTERDAY. HP SMART CAN NOT FIND EITHER ONE. PUT APP ON IPHONE AND IT DOES NOT WORK EITHER. COULD SCAN WITH BOTH PRINTERS AND PHONE BUT AGAIN GO TO PRINT AND IT SAYS NO PRINTER. 

USED SOMEONE ELSES PHONE AND ENTERED IP ADDRESS WAS ABLE TO PRINT BUT I DID THIS MANY TIMES BUT NO LUCK.

I HAVE SPENT AT LEAST SIX HOURS GOOFING AROUND THIS PROBLEM. THREE PEOPLE TRIED TO HELP AND ARE ALSO LOST.
