Hi @HadarAM
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
That’s frustrating, especially when you’ve already tackled so many printer issues before. Here are some steps to get your HP DeskJet Plus 4120 connected to Wi-Fi:
Reset the Printer’s Network Settings
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for three seconds.
- This resets the Wi-Fi settings, allowing you to reconnect.
Reconnect Using HP Smart App
- Download HP Smart on your computer or phone.
- Open the app and follow the prompts to add your printer.
- Ensure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Check Router Settings
- Make sure your router is 2.4GHz, as your printers does not support 5GHz networks.
- If your router has dual-band Wi-Fi, try connecting to the 2.4GHz band.
Manually Enter Wi-Fi Credentials
- On the printer’s control panel, go to Wireless Setup and enter your Wi-Fi details manually.
Power Cycle Everything
- Turn off your printer, router, and computer.
- Wait 60 seconds, then turn them back on.
Check for Interference
- Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices (like microwaves) causing interference.
