Hi @Jess344,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One printer is showing as offline and not printing, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Check Printer Connection

  • Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. You can print a network configuration report from the printer’s control panel to check the connection status.
  • USB Connection: If using a USB connection, make sure the cable is securely plugged in.

Restart Printer and Computer

  • Turn off your printer and wait for a minute before turning it back on.
  • Restart your computer to reset the connection.

Set Printer as Default

  • On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e and select Set as Default Printer.

Check Printer Status

  • On Windows: Open the Printers & Scanners settings, select your printer, and click Open Queue. If there are any stuck print jobs, clear them.
  • On Mac: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and click Open Print Queue. Delete any stuck jobs.

Update Printer Drivers

  • Visit HP’s official website and download the latest drivers for your printer model. Install them and restart your computer.

Reset the Printer

  • Perform a factory reset on the printer. This can often fix connectivity issues:
    • On the printer's control panel, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore Factory Defaults.

Reinstall Printer

  • Uninstall the printer from your computer and reinstall it using the HP Smart app or by adding it again in Devices and Printers (Windows) or Printers & Scanners (Mac).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
