i have a hp ink tank wireless 410 series printer. It is not taking any command given from my laptop or phone. I have been trying from past 3 days. every time i plug in my printer it shows an exclamatory mark on the zero no. from the display.

i even tried to do photocopy but no command is being taken by the printer.
