Hi @larry1991,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP LaserJet Pro M102w printer offline issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Printer and Network Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is turned on and has a stable network connection.
  • Make sure the Wireless light on the printer is solid, indicating a connection to the network.

Restart Devices:

  • Power off your printer and unplug it for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Restart your computer and ensure it's connected to the same network as your printer.

Check Printer Status:

  • On your computer, go to "Devices and Printers" (Windows) or "Printers & Scanners" (macOS).
  • Right-click on your printer, and ensure the checkbox for "Use Printer Offline" is not selected.

Re-add the Printer:

  • Sometimes removing and re-adding the printer can resolve offline issues. Delete the current printer instance and add it again.
  • For Windows, go to "Devices and Printers", click 'Add a printer' and select your printer from the list.
  • For macOS, go to "Printers & Scanners" in "System Preferences", click the '+' button, and add your printer.

Firewall and Security Software:

  • Check if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking the printer's communication with your computer. Temporarily disable it to see if the printer comes online.

Update Printer Drivers:

I hope this helps.
