ENVY 5355
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using my ENVY 5355 printer.  It worked perfectly previously.  However, all a sudden, it did not print.  I noticed that the blue light is blinking.  So it is a problem with the wireless connection.  I then looked at the wireless setting and saw that it said not connected.  I am very puzzled because it was connected and working well previously.  And I did not change anything.  Anyway, I then tried a few things.  I used the setup wizard to set up the wireless connection again.  It failed.  It did not connect.  I tried rebooting the printer and rebooting the router.  Not working.  So then I printer the report.  It said "No filtering" failed.  So, I log into my router and added the MAC address.  Try connecting again.  But it still doesn't work. I tried the Scan Doctor thing.  It did not work because I cannot connect to the printer.  I do not know what to do.  Any idea on how to fix it?

Hi,

What is your router brand and model please? May you use Verizon FIOS by any chance?
