I understand you have trouble connecting the printer to a Wifi network. Let's try to get your HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw connected to Wi-Fi. Here are some steps you can follow:
 

Check Wi-Fi Settings:

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi router is turned on and functioning properly.
  • Make sure your printer is within range of the Wi-Fi signal.


Use HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
  • The app will guide you through connecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network


Perform Factory Reset on the Printer:
      ● On the System tab, click Service. 
      ● In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore Defaults button. 
      ● The printer automatically restarts.
