Hi @Kesavangurusamy,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is not connecting to Wi-Fi, you can follow these methods to connect it to your wireless network:

Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

Place the Printer and Router Close: Ensure the printer and the Wi-Fi router are close to each other.

Enable WPS Mode on Printer:

  • With Touchscreen: Go to the Setup, Network, or Wireless Settings menu on the printer's control panel and select Wi-Fi Protected Setup. Choose the "Push Button" option and press "Start".

  • Without Touchscreen: Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer for 5 seconds until the light starts flashing.

Press the WPS Button on the Router:

  • Within 2 minutes, press and hold the WPS button on the router until the connection process starts.

Check Connection:

  • Return to the printer and confirm if the wireless light or blue bar stops flashing, indicating a successful connection.

Using Wireless Setup Wizard (for printers with a touchscreen)

Position the Printer: Place your printer close to the Wi-Fi router.

Open Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • Go to the Setup, Network, or Wireless settings menu and select Wireless Setup Wizard.

Select and Connect to Your Network:

  • Choose your Wi-Fi network name from the list and enter the password to connect.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
