I recently got a new router with a new username and password and it seems as if my printer is not connected to it. How do I set that up?

I understand you are facing an issue printer offline with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Thanks, Gaya for your response. Fortunately, I got the problem solved by changing the band in my Windows 10 laptop from 5Ghz to 2.4Ghz to match the printer and reinstalling it. The new Router automatically changed the laptop's Ghz to 5, so that was the problem.
