Hi @FILI1993

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I hear you—it’s frustrating when the printer shows offline and won’t reconnect to Wi‑Fi. Before we dive into steps, let’s narrow down what’s happening so we can isolate the cause:

  • Which HP printer model are you using?
  • Did the Wi‑Fi connection stop working after a router change, password update, or firmware update?
  • When you look at the printer’s control panel, does the wireless light blink, stay solid, or remain off?
  • Are other devices able to connect to the same Wi‑Fi network without issues?
  • Have you tried connecting the printer through the HP App on your computer or phone, or only from the printer’s panel?
  • Is the printer currently able to print via USB or another connection, or is it completely offline?

With these details, we can pinpoint whether the issue is with the printer’s saved settings, the router, or the way the printer is being added back to the network.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
