HP wireless printer

My printer has a faulty wireless antenna, as diagnosed by Staples support.  The tech that I worked with says it cannot be repaired and that I should return it to Staples.  It is still under manufacturers warranty.  I tried to return it but Staples has a 14 day return policy and was told that HP should honor their warranty and replace the printer...so right now I have no working printer and have been unable to return it or get it replaced.  What should I do??  I have a Staples product protection and tech help but cannot file a claim because the printer is still under manufacturers warranty.  I would like a printer replacement/ or my money back.

What model printer are you using?

We have to run a wireless test on the printer to confirm if the wireless radio is not working.
