Hi @Konisetty,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Printer Offline Error (E0)!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Printer Connection:
- Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your network or computer. If it's a wired connection, check the cables. If it's wireless, make sure your Wi-Fi connection is active.
Restart Printer and Computer:
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connection issues. Turn off your printer and computer, wait a minute, and then turn them back on.
Set Printer Online:
- On your computer, go to Devices and Printers via the Control Panel.
- Right-click on your printer and select See what's printing.
- In the window that opens, click on Printer at the top and uncheck Use Printer Offline if it's selected.
Driver Update:
- Ensure your printer drivers are up-to-date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website specific to your printer model.
Network Troubleshooting:
- Run the Network Troubleshooter on your PC: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network troubleshooter.
Check Printer Error Code E0:
- Review your printer model's documentation or HP's support site to understand what E0 signifies. This could indicate a specific issue that needs addressing, often related to connectivity or hardware concerns.
Reinstall Printer:
- On your PC, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer:
- Go to Devices and Printers.
- Right-click the printer and choose Remove device.
- Use the Add Printer wizard to reinstall it.
I hope this helps.
