Hi Ivana43,

Have you tried unplugging the device for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in and turning it on again? There could be an error occurring that's is keeping it from reconnecting to the network.

Hello Ivana43,

Are you able to still access the printer menu? And is the "status offline" displayed from the device you're printing from (ie computer, tablet)? There is a chance you will need to reconnect to the WiFi through the printers Network or Wireless menu.

If the printer reconnects on the network and your computer still can't see the device, you may need to re-add the device under 'printers & scanners' on your computer. It should be something that is discoverable on your network unless special rules have been set on your computer or your network to keep devices from being discovered.

If you have trouble adding the printer after reassuring it's on the network, I suggest the HP Easy Start app which can be found here.
