Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i turn off my computer and printer at night. I turn on my computer and then my HP printer and wait for WFII light to turn blue and sound to alert. Each time the printer remains offline and must run trouble shooter. Help!!

I see that you are facing issues with your HP ENVY 6455e All-In-One Printer wherein it goes offline when turned off and turned on.

 

Please download and install the firmware update on the windows computer connected to the printer from this Weblink.

 

You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
