Hi @bayag,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're dealing with an issue regarding your HP Smart Tank 515 printer. Here’s how to find or reset the Wi-Fi password and troubleshoot the "missing paper" issue:

Wi-Fi Password

  1. Check the Printer Display: If the printer has a touchscreen, you can usually find the Wi-Fi password in the settings or network menu.
  2. Router Label: Sometimes, the default Wi-Fi password is printed on a label on the router itself.
  3. HP Smart App: If you have the HP Smart app installed on your device, you can check the network settings there to find the connected Wi-Fi details.
  4. Reset the Wi-Fi Settings: If you can't find the password, you can reset the printer's Wi-Fi settings and reconnect it to your network. Refer to the printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.

Missing Paper Issue

  1. Check Paper Tray: Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray. The paper guides should be snug against the paper without bending it.
  2. Paper Type and Size: Make sure you’re using the correct type and size of paper for your printer.
  3. Clear Paper Jams: Check for any paper jams in the printer. Remove any stuck paper carefully.
  4. Printer Reset: Sometimes a simple reset can help. Turn off the printer, unplug it for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
