What kind of setup did you try? I recently setup a new Smart Tank 7005 printer using HP Smart and the utility took care of everything. My Tank works thru my network now.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information,

Have you done any changes to your router network or software?

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?
 

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
