Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I have a HP envy 4520 all in one printer. it won't turn on. I have already tried the reboot, unplug, wait, plug back in etc. There is a faint light behind the screen...but no options to click on...so basically the on/off button is being pushed..but not coming on

I can not remover the cartridges as the spool is not turning on to bring it over. so the ink is on the far right and can not be removed. thank you

Hi @beckyjo96 

1.  Simply unplug from the power outlet for 1 minute, then plug it again.

2.  Open the door to check the cartridges and see if they are moving.

3.  If the cartridges are not moving and they are stuck, then probably there is an electric failure inside your printer and you need to take it to a local tech shop in your city, town or local area.

My problem now is my printer prints randomly in the middle of the night. Mainly prints the configuration page.

Hi @beckyjo96 

If the printer is printing the configuration page, then you need to put in the scanner glass and complete alignment process.
