Hi @jesushchrist1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your frustration, and I'm here to help you troubleshoot the issue with your HP DeskJet 3750 printer. Let's go through a few steps to identify and resolve the problem.

Check Physical Connections:

  • Make sure the printer is properly connected to your PC via USB or is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Ensure there are no loose connections or cable issues.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your printer and your PC. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve communication issues.

Check Print Queue:

  • Open the print queue on your PC to see if there are any pending print jobs. If there are, try canceling them and then attempt to print again.

HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the official HP website. This tool can automatically diagnose and resolve printing issues.
    • You can find the tool here: HP Print and Scan Doctor

Printer Driver:

  • Ensure that you have the latest printer driver installed. Go to the HP website, locate your printer model, and download the latest driver for your operating system.

Check Default Printer:

  • Make sure your HP DeskJet 3750 is set as the default printer on your computer. Sometimes, printing issues can occur if another printer is set as the default.

Firewall/Antivirus:

  • Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software and try printing again. Sometimes, security software can block communication between devices.

Reinstall HP Smart:

  • Uninstall the HP Smart software and then reinstall it. Ensure that you are using the latest version available on the HP website.

Manual Firmware Update:

  • If possible, try manually updating the firmware on your printer. Check the HP support website for instructions on how to do this.

Different Application:

  • Try printing from a different application to see if the issue is specific to one program.

Remember to always follow the HP instructions and guidelines when troubleshooting or updating firmware to avoid any potential issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
