printer won,t print from email,everything loads up but when i push print NOTHIN HAPPENS

printer checks out as ready. but will not print from email.when i pull up an email andgo to settings then click on print  it does not print. been online with hp support and they could not fix it want me to pay for a service call

To assist you better, how is the printer connected to the computer?

Check the connectivity.

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
