Hello,
In order to help you resolve this issue, please follow the instructions in the HP document Print jobs stuck in print queue, in the Resolve print jobs stuck in the print queue (Mac) section.
You can also try to set up your printer with Apple AirPrint. To do this, go to HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for Mac).
