Hi @L68,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are getting Error Code EBS00P0004 on your HP Product.
Restore factory defaults:
1. Open EWS.
- Find out the IP address. Press (i) (the Information button) on the printer to print an information page.
- Open a web browser, type the IP address or hostname in the address bar, and then click or tap Enter.
2. On the System tab, click Service.
3. In the Restore Defaults area, click the Restore defaults button. The printer automatically restarts.
Remove the printer from the HP Smart app
Remove your printer in HP Smart.
- Close the HP Smart app, and then reopen it.
- Right-click or long-press the printer icon, and then click Hide Printer or Forget Printer.
Restart setup process using HP Smart
Set up your printer using the HP Smart app.
- Open the HP Smart app.
- Click Add Printer or to find your printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer.
